Utah National Parks Oil and Gas Auction Stopped

The Bureau of Land Management has stopped the auction of parcels on oil-and-gas drilling near national parks.
The U.S. Bureau of Land Management announced its decision after complaints from National Park Service officials who objected to noise, lights and air pollution near Arches National Park, Dinosaur National Monument and Canyonlands National Park, all in Utah.
