Published November 9th, 2008

Cars recovered by police that were previously stolen, confiscated or seized will be available to the public at Auction Systems Auctioneers & Appraisers, Inc. Arizona warehouse in Phoenix on Saturday, November 15, 2008.

The City of Phoenix police department has released for public auction stolen, confiscated and seized automobiles. Police car auctions are one of the best places to pick up a used car. Many people think that the only vehicles available at police car auctions are actual police cars, however that is incorrect. In addition to surplus vehicles that have been used by the local police department, police car auctions may also feature cars that have been seized due to asset forfeiture.

On Saturday, November 15, the auction will begin at 9:00 A.M. at Auction Systems Auctioneers & Appraisers, Inc. 2324 E. University Drive in Phoenix where cars will be auctioned at noon to the highest bidder. Anyone with access to the Internet may register their online bids via the Auction Systems website on Saturday, November 8. View the online auction schedule at auctionANDappraise.com.

All of the items listed in the auction may be previewed and inspected by interested bidders on Thursday, November 13, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on auction day, Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., one hour prior to the auction.
