Sheldon Good & Company to Auction New Luxury Condominiums in Elgin

Sheldon Good & Company Auctions LLC will offer at auction 15 newly completed, luxury condominiums in Elgin at Fountain Square along the Fox River.
The condominiums will be offered in an open outcry auction on Oct. 2, 2008 at the Wyndham O¡¯Hare, located at 6810 N. Mannheim Road, in Rosemont. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. and the auction commences at 7 p.m. The units were previously priced from $162,000 to $386,900. Four of the 15 condos are offered subject to the Minimum bids which range from $90,000 to $197,500.
