J. P. King Auction Company is managing the sale of Western Land Rush Arizona, approximately 358+/- acres to be offered in 21 properties. The auction will take place at the Prescott Resort on Tuesday, September 23rd at 3 pm. Two properties will be selling absolute, with the remainder of the inventory being offered with minimum bids as low as 27 percent of last list price.
The 21 properties range in size from 2+/- to 90+/- acres and more than 1,000+/- acre feet of assured water supply credits.
