Van Dyck Restaurant & Brewery for Chapter 11 Auction

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has lifted a stay that would have stopped the sale of the restaurant and jazz club in Albany.
Electric Brew Pubs Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on July 1, one day before the property was scheduled for public auction.
The once-popular jazz club closed in January 2007, after Berkshire Bank and the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority foreclosed on the Schenectady property.
