Steve & Barry’s Retail Chain Auction

Retail chain Steve & Barry’s, will seek court approval on Tuesday to auction off its assets.
The company is asking the New York bankruptcy court to sign off on auction plans that would allow for the sale of the company as a whole or a liquidation through a series of sales. The company asked for Chapter 11 protection a few weeks ago.
