Somersworth Wild Horse and Burro Auction

The auction is taking place June 6-8 at the Hilltop Equestrian Center, 242 Green St. On Friday, June 6 there will be a preview from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The auction begins Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and concludes on Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon.
Animals 3 years old and younger will go for a minimum starting bid of $125. Animals older than 3 years will go for a minimum starting bid of $25. Animals not purchased through the competitive bid process will be available for adoption for $125, and an additional “buddy horse” will be sold for $25.
All money raised goes back into care and feeding the animals through the Bureau of Land Management.
