Luxury Lake and Marina Resort Condos on Lake Michigan

Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. announced today it will auction 20 remaining luxury lake view condominiums at Light Harbor Preserve in the heart of New Buffalo, Mich. Originally priced from the low $500,000’s up to $800,000, several condominiums will be offered and sold absolute regardless of price.
Light Harbor Preserve is said to have redefined the luxury lake view real estate market in New Buffalo. Initially designed and constructed by the Gierczyk Companies, Gierczyk sold the development to Lake Michigan Land Group in April of 2007.
“The development features lake, marina and preserve views offering all-inclusive amenities and well thought out open floor plans, which incorporate the ability to generate vacation rental income up to $3,500 per week,” said Jimmy Gierczyk, president of the Gierczyk Companies.
