Fish & Chop House liquidation auction - March 12

EASTHAMPTON - Zoe’s Fish & Chop House was sold to a developer last month for $1.2 million, and the contents of the restaurant will be sold at a liquidation auction on March 12.
Documents at the Hampshire Registry of Deeds show that Eastern Hampshire Development Group LLC purchased the property at 238 Northampton St. on Feb. 12. On the same day, the Group obtained a $7.36 million mortgage on the property from TD BankNorth. www.masslive.com
