Seven luxury estate homes in the greater Boise area will hit the auction block on Saturday, March 1, at 11a.m. during a builder inventory reduction auction conducted by Higgenbotham Auctioneers International.

“These homes previously listed between $900,000 and $1.7 million,” said Jim Owen, AARE, broker and auctioneer. “They will sell at huge reductions during this inventory liquidation.”

Owen said that this builder inventory liquidation auction is part of a national and international campaign. “Due to the weakened US dollar and the current real estate economy, many national and foreign investors are choosing to buy property here in the western United States,” explained Owen.

All properties can be previewed from 1p.m. to 4p.m. (MST) on Friday and Saturday, February 22 and 23 and on Friday, February 29. The auction will be held at the Hampton Inn and Suites at 875 S. Allen Street in Meridian, Idaho.
