The soon to be vacated Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. warehouse in Moraine is going on the auction block.

Starting in early February, Russell Maas, a principal at NAI Patterson Maas Blank Zavakos, said he plans to launch a Web site where anonymous bidders will have a single chance at submitting a bid for the highly visible 800,000-square-foot building.
