Published January 23rd, 2008
Industry leader Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC) is pleased to announce a seven-day public home auction in Northern California between February 13th and February 24th, 2008. Over 1,000 homes are up for sale with starting bids as low as 40% of the previously valued price.
REDC will be conducting the following auctions in the Northern California area:
Stockton area properties – Wednesday, Feb. 13th, San Joaquin Fairgrounds
Sacramento area properties – Saturday, Feb. 16th & Sunday, Feb. 17th, California Exposition & State Fair
Modesto area properties – Monday, Feb. 18th, SOS Club
Fresno area properties – Tuesday, Feb. 19th, Fresno Fairgrounds
San Mateo area properties – Saturday, Feb. 23rd & Sunday, Feb. 24th, San Mateo Event Center
“I encourage anybody who’s serious about buying a home to attend these auctions in particular,” says Jeffrey Frieden, CEO of REDC. “With over 1,000 homes to be auctioned, first-time buyers, families and investors can buy homes at rock bottom prices. Interest rates are at historic lows and we have excellent financing options. These are lender foreclosures, the lenders do not wish to own these homes, you will not find more motivated sellers anywhere.”
Individuals interested in purchasing a home or investment property are highly encouraged to attend one of the open house inspection days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 02/02/08, 02/09/08 and 02/10/08. A list of available properties can be found on www.USHomeAuction.com
Pre-Registration, detailed property information and important bidder information can be found online at www.USHomeAuction.com or by calling 800-793-6107, Monday-Friday 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Those who plan on attending the auction can also jump-start the home buying approval process by pre-qualifying with their own lender or the auction company’s preferred lender. REDC’s preferred lenders provide easy financing at today’s low rates.
