Valdosta land auction – Jan 11

On Jan. 11, 2008, the city will sell more than 2,200 acres of land in the northeast section of town.
Divided into 81 parcels ranging from 3.6 to 421 acres, the land has more than 11 miles of highway frontage. The property along U.S. 84 will be zoned for commercial, industrial and residential development.
The land will be auctioned at Mathis City Auditorium.
