Auction of Marsh properties brings about $12M

New York-based RCS Real Estate Advisors sold 25 Marsh Supermarkets-owned properties in the Indianapolis area for about $12 million at a recent auction. The proceeds will be used to remodel and improve Marsh’s existing stores.
