Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, a division of the national real estate services and investment firm Kennedy Wilson, conducted a special close out auction of 31 new homes in the gated community of Westwind in Oxnard, California on December 2, 2007. The homes featured classic Spanish traditional style architecture with private yards, and are located a short distance from Pacific Coast Highway and only minutes from the beach.
This auction was the first new home auction in Oxnard in 2007 and represented an unprecedented opportunity for home buyers to purchase a new home of their choice at excellent prices. Bidding on the homes was very active and most homes sold in the $400,000’s. These homebuyers were able to purchase new homes at substantial savings.
