Wild West World Theme Park Auction

The park’s contents will be sold at the park in five auctions — Dec. 11, 13, 18, Jan. 8 and 15. All auctions begin at 9:30 a.m. by auctioneer Bud Palmer.
The sales are part of a motion filed this week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court by Ed Nazar, the park’s bankruptcy attorney. Judge Robert Nugent’s approval will be required before the sales can be conducted. Sale dates and the items scheduled include: • Dec. 11 — Skee balls, ring toss games and park prizes, approximately 2,000 to 3,000 pieces • Dec. 13 — Inventory and equipment from the Main Street stores: Abilene General Store, Emily’s Sweets, Teddy Bear Emporium, Cattleman’s Mercantile, Livery Stable and Ellsworth Emporium • Dec. 18 — Antiques, buggies, a stagecoach, silhouettes, horses, cattle, a wagon, life-size bronze Indian, log cabin, backyard castle and 50 one-ton stones • Jan. 8 — Maintenance tractors, passenger trailers, mowers, a repair shop, golf carts, mules, trucks and a Restoration Farms Ford F-250 pickup
