ByAuctionOnly LLC on Tuesday launched a home auction sales system to help struggling home owners to navigate the auction process.

The service by Clermont-based ByAuctionOnly gives home owners three marketing options that include access to an Internet-based global listing and bidding system, advertising and consulting services. The firm also reimburses marketing package costs, which range from about $300 to nearly $1,000, at closing, according to a news release.

The service makes the auction process easy and cost effective by allowing sellers to choose the day their home will sell and gives buyers the chance to bid in a secure, open marketplace, the release says.
