American Airlines sues eBay seller for hawking pilot training CD

American Airlines has filed suit against an unknown person who uses that screen name and hawked a pilot training CD on eBay this month.
According to the suit, filed in State District Court in Fort Worth, the CD is included with training materials American provides to pilots.

Bridgeport sells off 11 properties in auction

The London-based auction house Christies successfully auctioned off Peruvian archaeological artifacts yesterday in its New York city branch, despite last minute efforts on the part of Peruvian authorities to prevent Christie’s from doing so.
