Green Bay police to hold bike auction Saturday

The annual Green Bay Police Department bike auction will be Saturday at Bay Beach Amusement Park, 1313 Bay Beach Road.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the auction will start at 9 a.m. inside the pavilion.

This year’s auction will be the biggest yet, the department said in a news release. Surplus items from the city of Green Bay, Brown County and Green Bay School District have been joined together. The auction will include 444 bicycles along with many lost and found items where the owners of the property couldn’t be located.

Other items include CDs, car stereos, PlayStations, tools, lawnmowers, chainsaws, office equipment. Don Wagner Auction Service will run the auction.
