Calgary steakhouse auctions memories

Memorabilia ranging from steak knives to stained glass to the bar will be on the auction block on Friday as Calgary’s renowned Hy’s Steakhouse temporarily closes its doors to make way for an office tower.
Given the restaurant’s history, Yale Gelfant of Reid’s Auction said he expects a large and colourful crowd when the auction starts at 10 a.m.
