Stirling Sothebys launching auction division

Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty said Tuesday it will launch an auction division early this year.
Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of the firm, says the division will focus on properties listed for immediate sale through the firm’s Real Estate Galleries.
The auction division will work with Sotheby’s Auction House in New York on fine furnishings and artwork that local sellers may want to sell.
International bidders will be able to participate online through live online auctions, says Soderstrom, which will take place at Stirling Sotheby’s new $4 million global Real Estate Gallery in downtown Orlando.
