Minneapolis Castle for sale on eBay

The Van Dusen mansion, located at the corner of 19th and LaSalle in Minneapolis, may be one of the city’s most beautifully restored historic homes.
The home was built in 1892 for George W. and Nancy B. Van Dusen. The main house is 12,000 square-feet, but there’s also a 3,600 square-foot carriage house. It’s made of Sioux quartzite that was mined near Luverne, Minnesota
The eBay listing calls this historic property a “the castle of your dreams”. The phrase must be connecting with a few fantasies because the listing is ranked 1st among the Most Popular Outgoing Links on all eBay auctions as of November 26, according to Pulse List, which ranks such eBay standings.
While eBay advertises the claim, “You can buy anything you want on eBay,” sale of such up-scale real estate is rare on the auction site.
