120+/- net mineral acres located in the W/2 of Sec. 10-23N-R10 W.I.M., Alfalfa Co., OK $120,000.00 (Non Producing): 40+/- net mineral acres, an undivided ¼ interest in the NW/4 of Sec. 13-20N-R6 W.I.M., Garfield Co., OK. — $9,500.00
This 14 lot package is the combination of (Lots #801 thru #814). The operator on all tracts in this group is Chesapeake Operating Inc., in OKC, OK. — $8,100.00
