Jody Nelson’s Properties Going to Auction

Fourteen properties were listed on a court document released on Thursday. They include a multi-million dollar home in the Rush neighborhood, 13 acres with a shop in Scurry County, houses and property in Ruidoso, Chisum Travel Center and all the amenities, Town and Country Airport, numerous properties and land in Lubbock County, property located on Lake Travis, property in Snyder, property in Levelland, commercial property in Snyder, and all property located at Possum Kingdom.
J.P. King Auction Company is expected to hold the auction in August, but they are still waiting on final approval from the federal judge here in Lubbock for exact dates and times.
