Texas Storage facilities on auction block for $26M

A sizeable chunk of Central Texas self-storage space is up for grabs.
The three-building portfolio of Hill Country Climatized Storage, representing roughly 206,350 square feet of storage space, is on the auction block. The asking price of $26 million for the facilities in Austin and New Braunfels translates to $126 per square foot.
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. is representing the seller. The Class A facilities were constructed in 2004 and 2005.
