MARILYN MONROE’S address and telephone book is set to fetch more than £10,000 when it goes under the hammer at Christie’s in New York today. Dating from 1960 to 1962, the book contains 160 entries of friends, colleagues, studios, restaurants, couturiers, stores and beauticians.
