North House Folk School in Grand Marais will hold its annual Boats-to-Tools Auction Saturday.

The auction is begins at 3 p.m. It’s part of the Wooden Boat Show and Summer Solstice Festival.

The auction not only welcomes bidders, but welcomes donors with boats and boating supplies of any kind, woodworking tools, camping gear and other unique tool related items. A portion of the sale goes to support North House Folk School’s educational efforts. More than 300 items went on the block last year.
