Adesa Car Auctions Restructure Operations

Car financing and auction company Adesa Inc. on Friday named chief financial officer Cam Hitchcock president of dealer services as part of a plan to split its operations between financing and auction activities.
Adesa created the dealer services unit to house its financing operations. Hitchcock will remain CFO until the company finds a replacement.
Adesa named Brad Todd, who is currently executive vice president and chief operating officer at its U.S. wholesale auction group, as president of the newly formed auction services division, which will handle wholesale vehicle auctions.
