The U-S General Services Administration has been contracted to conduct an online auction of U-S Forest Land in Northern Arizona.
The G-S-A has scheduled a May 30th opening date for the auction of 175 acres at the Verde Ranger Station Administrative Site in Camp Verde.
The property will be offered as four parcels, consisting of 119, 40, 15 and one-point-six acre sizes.
The Forest Service will retain about 44 acres at the site, including the White Bridge Recreation area along the Verde River.
The new ranger station facilities will also be built at the site. Proceeds from the auction will be used to help develop new ranger station facilities for the Prescott and Coconino National Forests.
