The department collected $126,725 from the auction, Officer Kathy Trautman said.
The highest bid was $12,000 for an abandoned 2003 Lincoln LS.

The lowest bid of the auction was $175 for an abandoned minibike.
A 1991 Dodge Caravan was the lowest bid for a forfeited vehicle at $300.
A forfeited 1969 Chevrolet Corvair that sold for $350 was the oldest vehicle sold at the auction.
The oldest abandoned vehicle was a 1972 Chevrolet Malibu that sold for $1,750.
Of the money raised, $20,725 came from the sale of 19 forfeited vehicles and will go to department’s law enforcement trust fund.
The $106,000 received from the sale of 85 abandoned vehicles, after auction expenses, will go to the city’s general operating fund.
The department plans to hold its second auction on June 24 with about 80 to 100 vehicles expected to be available, Officer Trautman said.
