ExchangeBlvd.com (OTC BB: EXBV), a leading provider of online auction services, today announced that it has acquired ClearanceCat.com, heralded for its ClearanceWorks Procureware software. This suite of software tools is used by more than one thousand retailers to efficiently procure and manage inventory and inventory accounting. ExchangeBlvd.com will assume ClearanceCat.com’s customer base and fully integrate ClearanceWorks Procureware software into its technology platform. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Through this acquisition, the addition of ClearanceWorks Procureware software increases the overall efficiency of our business while providing our customers with competitive prices on the products they want,” says Larry Tedesco, CEO and President, ExchanageBlvd.com. “This ultimately empowers our customers, offering a more expansive product inventory which appeals to a broader audience.”

This application provides mid-size to large volume online auctioneers, manufacturers and retailers with greater access to products and the most reliable means of turning excess inventory into cash through its automated procurement and inventory liquidation processes. This suite of software is equally attractive to liquidators as it’s a vehicle to procure products at competitive prices for resale in an open market.

ExhchangeBlvd.com currently operates several online marketplaces, including InstrumentExchange.com, GolfClubExchange.com, GolfClubDemo.com, and its newest online auction site – ThePerfectStone.com. The new software suite will be made available to all of the web sites, further enhancing the ability to streamline operations through automated management of the inventory.
