An historic Washington state home bought by Courtney Love nearly eight years ago is up on the public auction block to satisfy debts in a foreclosure case. The 41-year-old rocker, who was once married to Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain owes nearly $400,000 on the property. Cobain bought the bungalow for the family and now Love owes about $367,000, including the loan balance and legal fees, to a Los Angeles financial institution, WMC Mortgage Corp.
