Grammy-award winning trumpet player Phil Driscoll is auctioning off his house and 20 acres of land in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Driscoll plead not guilty to a federal charge of using tax-exempt ministries to evade his taxes.

He’s trial is set for March of next year.

He performed with pop acts like Joe Cocker and Blood, Sweat and Tears before making a change to gospel and patriotic music.

The auction is scheduled for November 26th at the property.

The 58-year-old, his wife and mother-in-law plead not guilty to charges of failing to report income of more than a million dollars.
