QuikDrop eBay Drop-Off Stores Book Industry Record Breaking $5.1 Million Month on eBay

Published November 2nd, 2005

QuikDrop International
announced today that total eBay sales surpassed $5.1 million for the month of
October at its eBay drop-off retail stores. Driven by strong sales in real
estate and eBay Motors as well as over 13,000 completed auctions for consumer
items, it represents the first time in eBay’s history that any eBay drop-off
store or chain of drop-off stores have surpassed $5 million in completed eBay
auctions in a single month.
“Our customers know that we can get them more money for their items on
eBay than if they tried to sell it themselves on eBay,” says Michael Banks,
President of QuikDrop. “We will continue to refine and improve our eBay
related services to bring even more value to our customers.”

QuikDrop is the premier eBay drop-off store franchise. Since founding the
first franchised eBay drop-off store in August 2003, QuikDrop has grown to
80 store locations in 25 states and has locations in Australia, Canada and
China. For up-to-the-minute statistics on QuikDrop’s successfully completed
