Escala Group Acquires Greg Martin Auctions

Escala Group announced today that it has
acquired the outstanding shares of Greg Martin Auctions (GMA), a specialty
auction house based in San Francisco that features antique arms, armor,
militaria and historical memorabilia with a focus on Western and Native
American artifacts. For Escala Group’s fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, it
is projected that Greg Martin Auctions will add approximately $15 million in
aggregate sales (hammer price plus buyer’s premium) to the Company’s overall
aggregate sales.
