DeWitt complex for auction

A DeWitt facility with 240,000 square feet of office, warehouse and manufacturing space will be sold at auction later this month.
The complex of buildings at 1 LePage Place, a couple of blocks north of James Street and east of Midler Avenue, will be sold by Express Auction, a national real estate auction company based in Baltimore.
The auction will be 3 p.m. Oct. 27 at the property site.
