AuctionCities.com to raise $12

Inc., (OTC: AUCC), the originator of “Micro-auctioning”, zip-code focused
local online auctions; today announced a short-term round of funding. Four
classes of warrants previously issued to a select group of private investors
will be called for execution. The Company anticipates raising approximately
$12 Million from the warrants, which are scheduled to begin being exercised
this week.
