3 Main Street Springfield buildings for sale

Three classic turn-of-the century office buildings are scheduled for a foreclosure auction Monday morning.
The buildings at 1113-1127 Main St. are set to be auctioned at 11 a.m. on-site by Aaron Posnik auctioneers, at the request of mortgage-holders Peter A. and Madeline R. Zorzi.
The buildings are owned by Centerline Acquisitions LLC, based in Woodland Hills, Calif. Carmino Bonavita, a part-owner of Sonoma Restaurant which is located on the ground floor of two of the buildings, is listed as a manager of Centerline Acquisitions along with Patrick D. Quinn.
Auctioneer David Mandel, executive vice president Aaron Posnik & Co., said “there has been a tremendous amount of interest in the property, from local individuals as well as individuals from out of town.”
